URFYR - Lichtfeier (CD)
Factory-pressed CD in solid cardboard-folder. URFYR is a fairly new project, after some years of spreading demos, Licht und Stahl is proud to present the first proper release. The music by this duo from germany is entirely dedicated to germanic mythology and heathen spirituality, as in this case, the celebration of the winter solstice. Or, in their own words, we simply call it "runosophic ritual music". Expect an exciting blend of dark ambient, neo-classical arrangements and rather synth- and guitar-driven "pop-songs", not unlike some earlier Allerseelen...
